Ollywo Creative provides custom digital service work, including writing, editing, copy refreshes, resumes, bios, brand messaging, website copy, product descriptions, and related creative support. Because this work is personalized and time based, all sales are final once work has begun.
Ollywo Creative does not offer refunds for completed work, custom writing, digital service work, strategy sessions, edits, revisions, or creative services that have already been started or delivered.
Once time, review, research, planning, drafting, editing, or creative development has begun, the order is considered active.
If work has not yet begun, you may request to exchange your purchase for another Ollywo Creative service of equal or greater value.
If the new service costs more, you will be responsible for the difference. If the new service costs less, the remaining balance may be kept as service credit for future Ollywo Creative work. Cash refunds are not provided.
If work has started but has not been completed, an exchange or service credit may be considered at Ollywo Creative’s discretion.
In most cases, a minimum 50% service fee may be retained to cover time already spent on intake, review, research, planning, drafting, communication, and creative work.
Any remaining eligible balance may be applied as credit toward another service.
Ollywo Creative allows flexible exchanges between service categories when possible.
For example, a resume service may be exchanged toward website copy, a bio rewrite, LinkedIn profile work, brand story development, content support, or another available service, as long as work has not been completed and the request is reasonable for the project status.
Completed work is not eligible for refund, exchange, or cancellation.
This includes delivered drafts, finished copy, completed revisions, finalized documents, completed strategy work, downloadable files, templates, and any service where the agreed work has been substantially completed.
Some services include revision support. Revisions are intended to refine the original service purchased, not to change the entire project direction after work has been completed.
Additional revisions may be available as a paid add on.
Clients are responsible for providing the information needed to complete the service. Delays in sending materials, feedback, or requested details do not qualify the order for a refund.
If a project becomes inactive due to missing information or lack of response, Ollywo Creative may pause the order until the needed information is received.
Digital products, downloads, templates, and instant access items are non refundable once purchased or accessed.
To request an exchange or service credit, contact Ollywo Creative with your order number, the service purchased, and the service you would like to switch to.
Requests are reviewed based on whether work has started, how much work has been completed, and whether the requested exchange is appropriate for the original purchase.
